• Min S1 from any technique major but Industrial Engineering will be priority
• Minimun 4 years experiences in managing shop floor
• Communicative to escalate issue and have good problem solving skill
• Able to communicate in English both passive and active
• High curiousity to learn new things and eagerness to achieve target
• Willing to work in shop floor with the team
