Urgently Needed for client (Finance Company) (Surabaya)

Position :
Brand Manager

    Job description :

1. Direct all operational aspects, including sales, marketing, operations, customer service, human resources, administration & collection.
2. Assess local market conditions and identify current & prospective sales.
3. Locate areas of improvement & propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. 
4. Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
5. Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development & motivation.
6. Address customer & employee satisfaction issues promptly Adhere to high ethical standards & comply with all regulations/ applicable laws. 

    Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. Having attention to detail and Mathematic skill
3. Having knowledge about Credit Processing, Sales & Collection.
4. Required language(s): English 5. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking / Financial / Retail Services or equivalent.
