Factory Manager

Job Description :
      HR Area :

• Review and approve the pay-lists & monthly payroll
• Review the overall performance of Staffs & Managers on a quarterly basis
• Maintain employee satisfaction and work motivation by presenting strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

     Logistic Area :

• Ensure the sufficient amount of stocks for production
• Order the production-related materials

     Production Area :

• Create the production and capacity planning
• Manage the overall machine operation, quality control & maintenance practices
• Analyze the production data & provide strategic recommendations to the decision makers
• Run the weekly production meeting with the machining, assembly & drafting managers
• Check the returned broken rental tools & set the claim price

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Understand about furniture & penal process (table, cabinet)
• Having knowledge in a business strategic over the technical
• Handling end to end production process (prefer experience as a Head production manager / Operational manager)
