Let's join us as Accounting Consolidation Manager!

Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Being responsible in accounting data and information, make sure that they are inputted accurately. Detailed & driver-based analysis of Revenue & Expenses.
2. Mastering and demonstrating proficiency with accounting software.
3. Work with external controllers and auditors to ensure that financial account is compliant.
4. To coordinate with multiple stakeholders from different levels of Business Units.
5. Develop consolidation reporting package and distribute it group wide.
6. Monitor & analyse the consolidated financial statements of a portfolio of subsidiaries.
7. Perform the control of the monthly closing activities and prepare the financial reports timely.
8. Perform the control of tax payment & tax report submission accurately and timely.
9. To support and do direct report to CFO, as well as prepare Management Reporting for Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have minimum a Bachelor of Accounting. A Master Degree would be a great advantage.
2. Strong analytical & technical skills, especially of PSAK & IFRS.
3. At least 5 years of solid experience in cross-regional accounting department of an established startup, multinational company, or audit public company (focus on Finance industry).
4. Previous professional experience in the Big 4 external auditor firm would be a great advantage.
5. Understanding of accounting processes including - but not limited to - financial statements, multi-currency (international) reporting, consolidated (group) reporting, and management accounting.
6. Has experienced on audit processes, whether as an auditor or in charge of working with auditors.
7. Understanding of Indonesian taxation is a must, and CA/CPA/Brevet/any certification is a big plus.
8. Ready to work in a fast pace and high-intensity environment of international tech startup company.
9. Ability to handle high-level targets / KPI and willing to do overtime when necessary.
10. Excellent verbal & textual communication skills in English (Mandarin would be a great advantage).
