Coordinator Project & Lean System

PT Sepatu Mas Idaman (Part Of Gunung Sewu Group) is looking for Coordinator Project & Lean System.

Qualification:

• Having experience handle improvement projects in shoes factory
• Understand Lean Manufacturing system and Kaizen method
• Understand Key Performance Indicator concept
• Color blindness

General Requirement:

• Minimum age 25 years old
• Having 2 years working experience in the same position, preferable in footwear industry
• Have knowledge about shoe production process in manufacturing
• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management.
• Fluency in English both oral & written
• Computer literature (MS Office)
• Willingness to learn new things, like challenges
• Workhorse, Existing Initiatives
• Willing to work under Pressure
• Dynamic presentation & communication skill.
• Having ability in managerial team and good attitude
• Strong analytical, good in communication, strong follow up and good leadership
