Position :

1. HR Manager
    Job Description :
  • Provides HR advice & support to managers & employees in the region to ensure best practice HR delivery according to the relevant regional industrial relations or legislative frameworks
  • Prepares and implements the company’s Human Resource policies, practices & procedures in respect of employees
  • Attends to the recruitment of suitably qualified personnel to meet requirements of operating and functional areas and participates in workforce planning
  • Focal point and responsible for all Industrial Relations matters including negotiations of Union Collective Agreements 
  • May develop training programs, including orientation and induction as necessary 6. Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System
Job Requirements :
  • Max 45
  • Good planning and analytical thinking, good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor degree any discipline preferably human resources management/psychology/law
  • Solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act and other Federal and State legislation relevant to employment.
  • Handling recruitment, payrol, OD, KPI
  • Requires the ability to negotiate and communicate well to all levels of employees and management.
