Quality Assurance Manager, Supply Chain

Urgently Needed for client (Retail/Manufacture Company) (Cikarang)
 Position :

1. Quality Assurance Manager
    Job Description :

• Develop and implement on Quality Audit & a Supplier Quality Management System
• Implement of Quality Management System (QMS)
• Implement &maintain certification to ISO 9001 as required.
• Implement the Global Aesthetics Quality Standard through all plants and related activities.
• Provide Team Inspection on VC, faucet/shower, bathtub, parts/fittings, carton boxes for local and import product.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for QA Department
• Implement Competency Awareness and Training to QC/QA
• Work cross-functionally (especially with Purchasing and Engineering) to define and execute Supplier Quality Management and Supplier Development strategies.
• Collaborate with Technical Service team to identify Product-caused defect and Customer-caused defect (impact on UFR)

    Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree, minimum of five years managerial experience in Operations, Consulting, or Quality Management.
• Strong background in Quality Management
• Black Belt six-sigma preferred 
• Maximum age 45

2. Supply Chain (Starup Company) (Tanggerang)
    Job Description :

• Collecting PET bottles from Retail & Corporation
• Securing the quantity & quality of PET bottles
• Unearthing new sales opportunities besides our major standby buyer(parent company) through networking & turn them into long term partnership.
• Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
• Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment & the preservation of the company’s reputation.
• Managing events initiated by internal as well as external parties.
• Managing team, planning activities & implement.

Job Requirements :

• Max. 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Any Major
• Having experience as sales or purchasing
• Proven experience as an Sales/Marketing, or Supply Chain management role, at least 2 years
• Have good attention in DETAILS
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
