Urgently Needed for client (Health & Beauty Company) (Jakarta Utara)
 Position :

1. Senior Digital Business Development Manager
    Job Description:

• Foster strong client relationships with brands and advertising agencies;
• Take the initiative to coordinate and execute the entire pitch process as well as creating decks for new innovative digital media channels to support our clients; 
• Demonstrate digital knowledge and thought leadership across key clients;
• Delivery of beyond-the-banner high-value services, including: content solutions; performance marketing; social & mobile projects; competitor intelligence service;
• Lead commercial engagements with new business leads, quantifying value of new services, working towards an agreed target;
• Achieve sales and revenue targets;

    Job Requirements

• Having 5 years experience as Business Development Manager/Sales Manager in Digital News Company
• Experience in online media sales or in healthcare media sales is preferable
• Good organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure

2. Business Development ( IT Consulting Company) (Jakarta Utara)
    Job Description:

• Developed, coordinated and implemented sales strategies that identified and produced new business
• Researched, reviewed and arranged meetings with new prospect companies and maintained a detailed weekly call log/sales report for all customer communications
• Facilitating the entire sales process; cold calling, lead generation, closing sales
• Proactively grew accounts through internal networking and negotiating long-term contracts 

    Job Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development
• Should have a strong experience in IT Consulting & Outsourcing /Staff Augmentation/Recruitment.
• The role would be 1 year Fixed Term Employment
• Monetary component would be Base Salary, Variable Pay & Incentives.
• Should have an employment Longevity
