• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Engineering-Have 2 years experience in Organization Development / Performance Management
• Have experience in handling Organization Structure, Job Analysis, KPI, Performance Management and People Development.
• Good with microsoft office (excel, word, power point, visio).
• Have experience with Oracle will be an advantage.
