HR Generalist

[URGENTLY NEEDED HR GENERALIST]

We're looking for passionate candidate to join us as HR Generalist!

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major
2. Maximum 28 years old.
3. Female Preferred.
4. Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Labor related) is a plus.
5. Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Accounting/Payroll Software is a plus
6. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
7. Good interpersonal skills, details oriented, and deadline focused.
8. Honestly and integrity in handling confidential data.

In this role you'll responsible for:

1. Employee record maintenance.
2. Responsible for database and administration both online and offline such as employee database, attendance report, allowance report, filing documents etc.
3. Responsible for payroll, overtime report, Tax, BPJS, and employee benefit.
4. Regular filing and archiving of Payroll information.
5. Complying with relevant legislation.
