Job Vacancy For HR Supervisor.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree in related field
2. Preferable having working experience min. 3 (three) years in HRD
3. Having knowledge regarding system and HR admin
4. Maintain and update personal files and records
5. Communicates with employee regarding policies and procedures.
6. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources matters.
7. Experience in handling payroll for employees to ensure accuracy, compliance, and equity within organization; reconcile all the payment in coordination with Finance
8. Maintain and control the process of employees benefit payment and monitor the administration activities such as BPJS and Insurance
9. Experience in handling recruitment process
