Job Description :

• Manage clients, understand client requirements, able to provide high-quality advice and give real solutions to clients, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships
• Able to strategize and execute out-of-the-box recruiting methods that maximizes impact for all recruitment stages (posting, sourcing, attracting, filtering, maintaining)
• Ensure the highest candidate quality that matches the different positions and clients, considering user personality, culture, company type, candidate’s skills, personality, and motivation to work
• Understand and believe in referrals, employer branding, HR transformation, HR automation, & fair promotion
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals

Job Requirement :

• Max 27 years old
• Proven experience hiring difficult-to-get candidates using out-of-the-box strategies
• Excellent communication skills to clients, candidates, team, and management
• Passionate in recruitment
• 2-5 years of experience in a headhunter
