Urgently Needed for client (Fashion Retail Company) (Jakarta Utara)
Position :

1. Facility & Maintenance Manager
    Job Description :

• Scheduling and budgeting for the necessary preventive maintenance
• Planning budget, Monitor & control expense of corrective maintenance and report by monthly
• Analysis of how to resolve issues with minimum cost.
• Specific and control the supplier to work with speed and KPI under company standard and procedures.
• Yearly review supplier performance from store feedback and KPI.
• Share learning of resolve issues to new store design & store development team.
• Make a good relationship with the store team and support to make customer shopping safe and comfortable
• Educate and provide a fire and health & safety training to store manager and store staff

    Job Requirement :

• Facility manager or Maintenance manager experience more than 5 years
• Have the knowledge of building construction, major facilities in the store (HVAC, Electricity) and necessary local regulation related to the facility.
• Educational Background Architect or Engineering
• ENGLISH IS A MUST

2. Quality Management & HSE Manager Manufacturing Company) (Cikarang)
    Job Description :

• Insure ISO 9001 and 14001 are strictly followed Implement OHSAS
• Execution program for Health Safety Security and Environment Implementing 5’s + Safety
• Insure that all health and safety aspects required by ISO and the Indonesian
• Government are implemented and followed
• Overseeing Security, Gardener & Cleaner
• Assisting in all CAPEX projects regarding health & safety and environmental friendliness
• Implement program improvement for HSSE and Quality Management
• Keeping track of suggestions & spare head the suggestion box committee

    Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Male max 40 years old & from Manufacturing background
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
• Detailed knowledge about regulations for chemical production plants
