1. Personal Assistant to CEO
Job Description :
- Manage and organize CEO's schedule and priorities, and assisted several projects
- Bookkeeping accounts payable/accounts receivable, and reconciliation of company accounts, payables, receivables
- Prepared correspondence in several languages, proofread and edited reports to assure accuracy and consistency
- Acted as "right arm, gatekeeper" to CEO and met regularly to receive and provide updates on work assignments. Made recommendations regarding the mapping of available time to key goals and priorities
- Conduct research on behalf of the executive
- Bachelor graduated from any major
- Minimum of five years experience in the same field
- Well skilled in operating a computer and using Microsoft Office
- Neat/ good appearance and performance
- Excellent writing and speaking in English, with ability in communication and services
- have a real passion for performance management and driving strategic business outcomes
