Product Manager, Head of Product

Urgently Needed for client (Technology Company) (Jakarta Utara)
Position :
1. Product Manager
    Job description :

• Ability to easily translate from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
• Possess an end to end ownership of a product by designing the best feature related to the product and company's need
• Gain a deep understanding of costumer experience, identify and fill product gaps
• Collaborate with the Tech Team, Business Development, Sales & Marketing Team in product development lifecycle
• Creating detailed product requirement specifications for handover to the Tech Team Monitor, plan, analyse, evaluate features and products.

    Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree from Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• Min. 3 years working experience in Product (Loan or Financing).
• Previous experience in a high-paced start up environment with exposure to software development, mobile application technologies and/or digital marketing is a plus
• Have a sharp product sense and unlimited ideas about how to improve Paper.id product
• Most Preferably from consulting company and banking product (Loan or Financing)

2. Head of Product (Product Owner) (Technology Company) (Jakarta Selatan)
    Job description

• MANAGE THE PRODUCT BACKLOG
• Work closely with the Product Manager to develop, refine and prioritise the product backlog for Sayurbox app.
• DELIVER NEW FEATURES
• Work independently as the Product Owner for assigned areas of the app and support feature delivery through one or more scrum teams and other delivery partners.
• ENGAGE STAKEHOLDERS EFFECTIVELY
• DELIVER KPI PERFORMANCE
• BUILD BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE
• DEVELOP AND APPLY CUSTOMER INSIGHT
• FOLLOW AND SHARE DIGITAL TRENDS

    Requirement :

• Strong understanding of relevant digital technologies, with the ability to harness their potential to drive value
• Reasonable numeracy skills, able to digest and track KPIs and manipulate simple spreadsheets experience
• Experience working using agile methodologies in product development
• Experience managing product life cycles end to end
• Experience working with and developing consumer-facing digital technologies, such as websites and/or apps, ideally in a e-commerce, agriculture or equivalent environment
