AMAR BANK (TUNAIKU) IS LOOKING FOR MASS RECRUITMENT

What You Will Be Doing:

• Support for walk in interview, hiring, and other issues matter.
• Successfully close mass hiring for management needs.
• Assess candidates in person and get to know them, their goals, and their strength and match  with strategic resource and project needs.
• Actively maintain a network of candidates for future requirements, following up to keep your candidates in the loop and maintain lasting relationships.
• Negotiate salary and benefit issues to candidates.
• Making report for recruiting progress.

Requirements:

• Candidate at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience handle Mass Recruitment.
• Familiar with Finance industry, especially banking industry.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
