Now, i'm looking for Senior Pastry Chef - Croissant Master (Open for Local / Expat) for Premium Coffee Shop at Senopati, South Jakarta with details:

Years of experience:
5 years

Candidates who will be considered to our client:

• Experienced as a Pastry Chef in a bakery (Croissant)
• Preferable Expat or Local Senior Barista
• Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
• Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition
• Excellent communication skills

Salary and Benefit:
Medical Insurance and salary start from IDR 8 Mio (Based on your experience)
