Responsibilities

• Proven experience in hiring for tech and engineering teams
• Facilitate continual development of HR initiatives such as retention, compensation, and benefits including contract and relationship with third party
• Define, communicate and put into effect specific capability requirements for every business units
• Relationship and people skills as well as the proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions, especially for engineering and tech team
• Solutions-oriented balanced with delivery focus

Years of experience

• 2 years

Must have requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field
• Min 2 years of experience handling IT
• Familiar with third party or headhunter company who handling programmer
