• Install, Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshoot
• Provide desktop, Laptop, telephone system, application support to local and remote users
• Hardware Computer, Operating System, Software, Printer, Scanner
• Network, Local Server, LAN Network
• Monitor Local and Cloud Server
• Providing technical support across the company
• Able to manage multiple tasks

Requirements:

• Experience on managing Mikrotik router, troubleshooting hardware & software, network.
• Familiar with PC, Email and network troubleshooting.
• Able to do problem solving & attention to details.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Minimum D3 or S1 from Information Technology / Information Management / Information System.
