Senior & Junior Associate

We are a start-up company focusing in Recruitment Services, HR Advisory, and Digital Recruitment. We are assisting some prominent Organizations in providing strategic solutions to their needs in Human Capital.

Currently, we are looking for Senior & Junior Associate with the following advantages that we offer:

1. Work from home/remotely and flexible hours for most of assignments, except in meeting/training/other relevant event that requires associates to attend.
2. Monthly fix fees
3. Interesting bonus scheme
4. Hands-on opportunity to gain exposures in various HR Solutions incl. Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefit, and HR Policy.

Applicants are expected to have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Psychology.
2. Have experience in recruitment or assessment is fundamental, and would be preferable to have experience in different HR spectrum.
3. At least 3 years of relevant experiences for Senior Associate and at least 1 year for Junior Associate.
4. Proven to work in a fast-phase environment, agile and reliable.
