Position :
1. Senior Manager Finance Accounting

Job Description :

• Serve as a strategic & operational partner with to CEO and other senioranagers in determining key business objective
• Prepare annual budget and forecast
• Manage company option-based incentive plan
• Manage all financial function, including payroll, accounting, contract negotiation, appropriate controls, processes & financial systems
• Manage all tax preparation, regulator and audit workflows internally and with outside 3rd parties
• Manage all aspect of the annual financial audit
• Prepare financial report

Job Requirement :

• Has experience handling finance accounting tax in manufacturing and tech industry
• Preferable someone who has experience in Consulting Firm
