Senior Purchasing, Sales Support

Urgently Needed for client (Celebrity Chef Restaurant) (Jakarta Barat)
Position :

1. Senior Purchasing
Job Description :

• Handle contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers (F&B industries)
• Identify ideal suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability
• Analyze existing purchasing processes for performance
• Communicate with the marketing and sales team to effect working strategies
• Implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and delivery systems
• Managing stock of goods and raw materials

Job Requirement :

• Prior experience working at least 3 years in the purchasing department in the same industry required (restaurant, cafe, etc)
• Having a lot of networks to similar suppliers for raw materials and materials needed in the boba, bubble, milk tea drinks industry
• Have the ability to forecast the stock and financial management
• Strong understanding of F&B standards, problem solving, able to work in a fast pace environment
• Working knowledge of negotiation techniques in the industry and good at communication skills

2. Sales Support Eco-Friendly Food and Beverage Plastic Company)  (Jakarta Utara)
Job Requirement :

• At least 1 year working experience as a Sales Support/Sales Admin/Account Executive
• Background industry from food&beverage or plastic packaging for F&B
