Urgent Hiring : Head of Business Development

Salary : up to IDR 25 million (gross)
Industry : Payment Gateway (Chinese Company)
Location : Grogol, West Jakarta

The Head of Business Development will manage end-to-end process of B2B Sales process.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, Mandarin will be a plus
• Must have experience in Payment Gateaway/ Bank/ Fintech Industry (Non P2P Lending)
• At least 5 - 7 years of experiences in Business Development.
• At least 3 years of Managerial experience
• Experienced in managing complex tasks and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent people management & strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Start from segmenting the customer segment to closing deals
• Achieve targets given by company
• Manage Business Development Team.
• Expanding the business in a new segment.
• Be able to build a relationship with person in charge.
• Work closely with the internal team to make sure smooth overall business process.
