Salary: Up to 12 Million Rupiah

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia

Must-Have Requirements:
• Prior experience in the same position for minimum 3 years, preferably from Recruitment Agency, Start-up or Digital Company
• Understand:

• BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan Kesehatan
• Tax PPh 21 employee
• Performance Management and Employee Promotions
• Sourcing and recruitment
• Compensation structure, Budgeting, Manpower planning
• Organization structure, Job analysis
• UU Ketenagakerjaan

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology
• Company size 100+ employees
