IT Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor of computer science or equivalent
• Around 10+ years of solid IT experience
• Previous experience as an IT delivery manager in the Insurance industry is preferred, specifically experience in delivering mission critical digital solutions
• Hands on experience in delivering digital solutions built using microservice design patterns and enterprise-grade APIs
• Experience in Insurance industry especially Life insurance and exposure to products and operations will be an added advantage
• Recognized qualification in Project Management- PMP, Prince 2 or similar would be an added plus(this is value add not mandatory)
• Proven experience in delivering projects working in squads using Agile ways of working
• Experience in complex problem handling - resource/time constraints, quality challenges, release issues etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation and sr. stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Indonesian only
