Learning and Development Team Leader

Position : Learning and Development Team Leader
Location : South Jakarta
Industry : E-commerce

Responsibilities

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs
• Evaluate individual development needs (including managing quality assurance in contact center)
• Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing)
• Design knowledge management and deliver learning courses, and other trainings
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing

Requirements

• Experience as an L&D or similar in contact center
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with G-Sites, e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project improvement management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors and Professional certification (ICCA) is a plus
