Legal Specialist

Job Vacancy - Legal Specialist (location: Ejip, Cikarang)

Dear All, hope all of your are healthy.

Currently our client, Japanese manufacture is in need of employee as Legal Specialist, with requirement as below:

Requirements :

1. Bachelor of Law, with 5 – 8 years experience in Manufacture company is preferred
2. Preferably as PERADI member
3. Good understanding of corporate law & put into practice
4. Litigation experience
5. Problem solving skill

Job Descriptions :

1. Monitoring & follow up all company wide legal issues
2. Give the Legal opinions to Management related to the legal issues
3. A representative of company to attend Industrial Relation / Criminal Court
4. PKB negotiation with Labor Union
5. Regular update & report
