Operation Manager, Jakarta – Indonesia PopExpress Indonesia

Job description:

1. Key responsibility holder on fleet unit economics, keeping a tight control on operational costing and contribute to project costing and pricing decisions.
2. Continual contribution to improvement of internal operations processes.
3. Analyze demand and supply data to ensure adequate couriers and drivers availability.
4. Responsible for performance of couriers, drivers, leaders and all staff involved in operations and closely monitor & analyze vendor performance.
5. Ensure high SLA performance.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. At least 3 - 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Have Managerial skill in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent and preferably experienced in Express.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, excellent analytical & problem solving skill.
