Training & Talent Specialist

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors etc.
- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual to optimize training.
- Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
- Plan, develop and execute Talent Development Program.
- Handle all related task in scope of training, learning and talent development including management trainee program.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Communication (highly preferable)
- English speaking & writing is mandatory
- Having min 3 years experience in handling Training/Learning and Development in previous company
- Strong training delivery skills : presentation and public speaking
- Familiar with online Learning Management System & Virtual Training Class
- Excellent communication skill is mandatory for this position
- Positive poise, people oriented personality
