ADMIN RECEPTIONIST
Job Description:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Organize and coordinate conference’s room booking and allocation
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Laise with internal and external contacts
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information needed
- Received and sort daily mails, delivverieis, or couriers
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in secretarial, hospitality, tourism, hotel management, or equivalent
- Computer literacy
- Required language(s) English, Mandarin
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Communicating, multitasking, organization, prioritizing
- Able to join immediately
