ADMIN RECEPTIONIST

Job Description:
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Organize and coordinate conference’s room booking and allocation
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
  • Laise with internal and external contacts
  • Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information needed
  • Received and sort daily mails, delivverieis, or couriers
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in secretarial, hospitality, tourism, hotel management, or equivalent
  • Computer literacy
  • Required language(s) English, Mandarin
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Communicating, multitasking, organization, prioritizing
  • Able to join immediately
