PT. Indonesia Epson Industry looking for :

Legal Specialist

Main Jobs :

• Monitoring & Follow up all company wide issues
• Give the legal opinions to Management related to the legal issues
• A representative of company to attend Industrial relation/ Fraud court
• Collaborative Labor Agreement negotiation with Labor union
• Handle preparation & reporting for Annual General Meeting of Share Holder

Requirement :

• Background Education Law is a must 5-8 years experience in Manufacture company is preferred
• Preferably as PERADI member
• Good understanding of corporate law & put into practice
• Litigation experience
