JOB Description

• Review final batch record and cross check the regulatory compliance according to BPOM approval before final batch release by QA Manager.
• Review master batch record both new document and revision before approved by QA Manager.
• Prepare Risk Analysis document related to specific condition that may cause any risks to product quality
• Review deviation reports, and follow up to define appropriate actions and closing.
• Follow up product complaints by performing investigation and reporting the result to QA Manager.
• Handle product recall and return product

REQUIREMENT

• Apothecary graduates from reputable university
• Have minimum 3 year experience in the related is required (QMS)
• Communicative English
• Willing to stay at Cikarang area
