Senior Production Manager

Dear Linkedners, We're looking for candidate position "Senior Production Manager" for European Manufacture of Electrical Panel.

with Qualifications :

1. Male
2. 35 - 45 years old
3. Minimum D3/ S1 any major (Electrical Engineering are preferable)
4. Strong in Leadership
5. Mature and can lead hard core production team
6. Process and result oriented
7. Experience in Electric or electronic industries as production or supply chain manager is advantage
8. Able to speak English
9. Willing to work in Cikarang

Responsibility :

• Sets goals for supervisor and group leader to help develop them for career progression
• Manage and direct daily activities of call production department
• Create site schedule for installation ,commissioning, & service activity with refer to customer requirement, etc
