Store Operation Manager

Job Description :

• Work with Shop Managers and the frontline staff in the enhancement of the sales process and customer services, and identifying areas that needs further improvement
• Prepare sales analysis reports for the Management on a regular basis and conduct periodic review of sales performance and consumer satisfaction
• Become a brand ambassador to lead store team in order to provide excellent customer service
• Implement business review with business partners and establish improvement plan
• Assist in recruitment, manpower planning and training for frontline staff

Candidate Requirement :

• Male & Female Max. 35 Years Old
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, Operations Management, or related disciplines 3-5 years
• Having experience with 2-3 years chain store operation (especially at Device / Gadget Chain Store)
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive mindset, can-do attitude
• Proven customer service experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English (it’s a must)
