We are fast growing joint venture life insurance Company, currently needed :

Bancassurance Head of Sales (Code : HOS)

Main Task :

• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve their target by supervises Regional Sales Managers
• Design and implement strategic sales plans by developing field sales action plans
• Plans, monitor implementation of sales strategic
• Appraises sales team job results through sales activities, pipeline
• Cultivate lasting relationship with bank partner to grow both businesses

Requirement :

1. Minimum 30 years old, with at least 3 years experience in a similar role in Bancasurance Business
2. Target oriented, able to accurately forecast sales, ability to analyze data to find trends and problems
3. Capacity to manage various sales project with work to tight deadlines
4. Expert level interpersonal skills include excellent negotiation, great communication and presentation skills
5. Expert in Knowledge and skills of Sales Performance Management
6. Capability to mentor, train & coach sales team
