Are you a thriving to be our Head of Department Sales Support Operation team?

Make sure you have all these qualities inside you :

1. Experience in establishing SOP & work flow for operation team;
2. Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (bonus will be mandarin);
3. If have experience in ISO application would be great;
4. Preferably manage Sales support team for online commerce before;
5. Familiar with CRM system;
6. Our sales support team will be running 24*7 shift and will be handling global English users & local Bahasa Indonesia users;
7. Able to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
