Project Manager

One of company in Mining Services where is located in Samarinda, Kalimantan currently is looking for PROJECT MANAGER. The ideal candidate is capable for responsible for all phases of our new factory building project, designing and implementing project plans to ensure timely project delivery within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage material resources and ensure profitability of assigned project.
• Manage and develop positive relations between the Company and all external and internal stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise as required on project.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male with max. age 40 years old.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
• Min 10 years experience in delivering projects of factory building or min. 5 years as Project Manager.
• Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from start to hand over).
• Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure project plans are implemented on a timely, efficient and effective basis.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Technical Competencies: Project Management, Management of Safety, Risk Mitigation, Regulatory and Quality.
• Domicile in Balikpapan or Samarinda, Kalimantan.
