We are looking for a Senior Business IT Support Specialist (Infrastructure focus) in our great office in Jakarta. This role is responsible to maintaining the quality of Business IT operational services in excellent level.

Who we’re looking for:

• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and make decisions in their area of responsibility. Shows drive by taking over new responsibilities proactively.
• Have a good communication skills and able to speak English is a must
• Have experience in large company with large amount of users
• A good understanding about server technologies from Operating system, storage management, backup-restore, multiple server roles (examples: Active Directory & Group Policies, Print servers, File servers, DHCP & DNS)
• Understand the concept of network and security such as TCP/IP, VPN, Network firewall, IPSec, UTM and network topologies.
• Understand the concept of Service Management based on ITIL V3.
