Senior Executive Search Consultant

BOSSHIRE wants you as Senior Executive Search Consultant  (LinkedIn followers can not less than 5000)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end to end proactive recruitment process;
2. Share your understanding of the industry and the company culture, employer brand and unique qualities with candidates;
3. Share successes, market/competitor insight and any fluctuations in demand with Talent Acquisition Team;
4. Keep up to date with industry trends, market challenges and new tools that will be used to support great candidate experience.

Job Requirements:

1. A genuine passion for resourcing;
2. Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise;
3. Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate indentification/attraction, using Linkedin Recruiter and various social media platforms;
4. A drive to meet targets, in particular time and cost to hire to the business;
5. Excellent English language skills both oral and written (Mandarin, Japanese and Korean languages are preferred);

Location: Soho Capital,Jakarta
Income: IDR12-15m monthly(basic salary), plus commission.
