SOURCING MANAGER [FRESH & FROZEN]

Job Description:

• Source fresh products (frozen meat and seafood) for supermarkets and/or e-Commerce companies
• Understand business requirements on product categories and specific products to source, and come up with sourcing strategy and roadmap
• Establish partnership with suppliers, sellers in markets, and farmers directly
• Able to source products in a timely manner
• Able to go to markets regularly and buy directly from sellers if needed
• Negotiate on price, quality, capacity with suppliers and farmers
• Ensure supply stability and continuity
• Ensure price competitiveness on product supply
• Continuously look for better sources for products

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in related courses
• 3-5 years relevant working experience
• Experience in working with fresh products suppliers and farmers
• Good interpersonal skills
• End-to-end understanding on the fresh supply chain
• Disciplined, good execution and able to work under fast pace
• Passionate about E-commerce industry and Tech world
• Willing to travel
• Placement: Surabaya
