Sr. Agency Manager, Account Manager

HIRINGS! (SURABAYA & SOLO - INSURANCE)

Qoala is a disruptive insure-tech company that leverages big data, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain aiming to revolutionize the insurance landscape in Indonesia. We partner with big companies, including e-commerce and travel platforms, to enhance their customer experience through our unique and innovative insurance products.

I'm looking for new Qoala's bosses who have highly interested in the start-up industry and help us on a mission to makes insurance affordable, for:
1. Sr. Agency Manager (Surabaya-based).
2. Account Manager for Employee Benefit (Solo-based).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
• Have a broad agent network (recruiting and maintain agent).
• General Insurance background is a must for Sr. Agency Manager - Surabaya.
• Having experience in employee benefit is a plus for Account Manager - Solo.
