Support Engineer (salesforce)

thumbnail-cadangan We are looking for SUPPORT ENGINEER (SALESFORCE) for IT Consultant,

Responsibilities:
  • Assist and Support Customers users in daily activities to ensure the smooth running of SaleForce.
  • Assist in identifying bugs and issue in SalesForce Application and quickly solve them
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to manage and maintain both new sales and client renewals in the CRM system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure all prepared deliverables (analyses, reporting, etc.) to Sales and Account Management teams are accurate and provided in a timely manner.
  • Working as Pre Sales to Market the SalesForce based CRM Application to Coal Trading Companies
  • Adhering to Confidio's Information Security Management System as well as all other company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree of IT is required, with at least 2 – 3 years of working experiences.
  • Experience working and supporting Salesforce Application is essential
  • Excellent computer skills are essential. Advanced Excel knowledge is required
  • Networking and knowledge of contacts of Coal Trading Companies in Indonesia would be preferred.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan
