Territory Sales Supervisor

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience as Senior Salesman in FMCG.
• Know the area well.
• Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru and Makassar Area

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Ensure all products are well distributed in each channel.
• Build a good relationship with the store.
• Understand and be able to make sales forecasts by channel.
• Establish good coordination with distributors.
• Able to do coaching and training for salesman.
• Understand the concept of productivity.
• Make daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Able to collaborate and coordinate with superiors between departments and colleagues.
• Able to read and analyze the situation of market conditions that are covered.
