Hiring for: Engineering Manager (Plastic Manufacturing)

Salary: IDR 15 - 25 million gross
Nationality: Indonesians Only

Responsibilities:

• Being a production partner in providing technical information to support manufacturing activities.
• To ensure that production machine, molding machine and utility machine are functioning properly
• Supervise mechanical & maintenance engineers in production, inspection, and review of Plastic Manufacturing machinery - ensuring quality and timeliness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor / S1 degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical etc) or equivalent
• Age max 45 years old
• At least 3 years of experience as Engineering Manager experience / 5 years of experience as Engineering Supervisor experience in Plastic Manufacturing companies
• Preferably Engineering Manager / Engineering Assistant Manager focused on handling Plastic Injection Manufacturing
• Deep understanding of management system principles for Engineering & Maintenance in Plastic Industry
