FINANCE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

General Requirement

• Max. 35 years
• Personnel competency : leadership, teamwork person, able to work accurately and under pressure
• Education background : bachelor degree (preferably from Accounting)
• Working experience : minimum 5 years in Finance, Accounting and Tax filed, preferably have strong retail business background
• Skills : leadership, good communication and interpersonal skill, familiar with Indonesian Tax Law

Responsibilities

• To prepare monthly financial report and ensure the accurate and correctness of financial report
• To prepare tax report (PPN, PPh Final, PPh21 and PPh25)
• Prepare and submission financial report to GM and Director on scheduled time
• To review and set up finance and accounting procedure and policy
• To manage daily operation in finance, accounting and tax department
• To prepare and submission financial report (actual and forecast) for company and government on scheduled time
• To review monthly and annual tax report
• To manage company cash flow
• To maintain company daily operation that related with finance and financial field
• Maintain and review finance and accounting procedure and policy
• Handle tax audit, included as company representative in Tax Court
• Responsible for external audit and internal audit financial report
• To approve and sign bank/cash payment
• To represent the Company for tax related issues
