Foreman

Please join with us as a Foreman, with the requirements :

1. Minimum of 3 years working experience in warehouse operation, with 1 years experienced in leading team
2. Strong knowledge in warehouse operations for efficient service delivery
3. Excellent human relations skill to be able to work effectively with all team members
4. Excellent time management skills to be able to deliver tasks timely
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills to understand the details of client’s requirements and optimize team performance
6. Self-motivated and able to assimilate and collaborate with stakeholders of diverse cultural and ethnic background
7. Able to communicate in English both written and verbal communication (minimal passive)
8. Good PC and Microsoft knowledge
9. Knowledge in ERP, IMS, WMS, system will be advantageous
10. Willing to work at Cilegon
