Guest Service Staff

Dear All~

Our client which engaged in Hospitality industry is looking for GUEST SERVICE STAFF, with detail as below:

Requirements :

• Female, max 35 years old
• Minimal education Senior high school preferable from Hotel and Tourism education
• Experience minimal 1 year as a guest service or front office / reception at hotel or service apartment.
• Able to speak and communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3) and English
• Able to read and write in Japanese Language
• Possible to assist the guests in Japanese with the hospitality mind.
• Preferable to operate OPERA system is advantage
• Working place in Cikarang.

Job description:

• To do process checks in of guest in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Do the reservation duties, receive reservation for accommodation, by phone and walk in reservation, changes and cancellations booking based on rule and regulation. Receive booking for meeting room from clients, either in person, online, fax or e-mail.
