PT Pratama Abadi Industri, a sports shoes manufacture in Tangerang is open vacant for:

 ‘HR Staff'
 
Main Job Desc:

• Responsible to fulfill all new employee requests
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, psychological testing, interview)
• Handling some factory area business related to HR (promotion, mutation, probation, etc)
• Support HR Project

Job requirements :

• Minimum held a bachelor degree majoring in psychology
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Ready to work in manufacture environment
• Proficient in English
• Good communication and coordinating skills
• Focus on detail and a good organizer
• Able to work with a team
• Has high concern for work including health, safety, environment, and energy savings
• Quality as a priority in every working process
• High flexibility to change and adapt
• High integrity and high responsibility for doing your jobs.
