• Oversee HR activities, from recruitment, compensation & benefit, industrial relations, Job desc, KPI, performance management & resignation (attract, hire & retain qualified employees)

Job requirement :

• Experience as HR in retail industry for min 5 years
• Female, max 35 years old
• Strong in industrial relation
• HR with people growth mindset
• Good understanding of labor regulations, related to retail staff
• Willing to work in contract term & placement in Pluit

Years of experience :

• Min 3 years old
