Requirements :

• Minimum age 35 years old
• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s degree in Law major
• Min. 2 year of working experience as Industrial Relation Supervisor is preffered
• Have depth knowledge of Indonesia labor law, rules and regulations, contract/legal document drafting
• Experienced in handling problem related to industrial relation/employee relation
• Strong communication skill and negotiation skill
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management and collaboration skill

Job Descriptions :

• Establish communication and coordination for relationships with internal and external parties (disnaker, etc)
• Supervise conflict resolution and negotiations with other parties, handling complaints, resolving problem employees, and resolving complaints and conflict in accordance with the provisions of the labor regulations
• Resolving employee’s issues and handle grievance to protect both interests of company and employee
• Reviewing company regulation, employement contracts, terms and conditions of working accordance with updated business conditions
